Digital Transformation
It is my firm belief that Digital Transformation begins with a willingness to change current mindsets. A successful transformation depends on the ability to make use of technological abilities, like AI — but to be able to unite it with the human capabilities in our workforces, too.
Sustainability
Sustainability is not just a trend or social topic of interest. Companies that clearly focus on integrating sustainable aspects will be a) more successful, b) are operating within societal and regulatory demands and standards. It is not the question "if", but "when". The answer is NOW!
Leadership & Change
Compassionate, always at eye level and focused on personal growth - that is how I describe my approach on leadership. What is particularly close to my heart when it comes to leadership: to engage with my employees when it comes to change and to guide them through rough sea.
